Our Holiday Flats

Our two fully equipped flats offer dog and small pet friendly accommodation. The property is situated above the hill leading to Porth Kidney Sands, overlooking St Ives Bay with stunning views of the Bay and the coastline.

Fully Equipped

They are well furnished throughout and with smart TV and DVD players in each lounge. They have a well equipped kitchen with microwave, cooker, fridge and cupboard space. Our larger flat (2) accommodates up to 5 people and the smaller (1) up to 4 people.

For Groups & Families

To the front of the property we have a large well stocked garden with large lawn which leads down to the coast path. This is where our guests play ball games, walk their dogs or just sit and look at the ever changing view.

Our Location

St Ives is 10 minutes away, Hayle 15 minutes and the costal path is just at the bottom of the garden where you also find West Cornwall golf course.This is an excellent location to base yourself and take trips out each day.

About Us

The property is over 100 years old. It has an unusual construction being made mostly of wood. It has had various purposes over the years, as a home, hotel, motel (!), troupe accommodation in the Second World War and now holiday lets. When we took it over it had a double storey block of flats which extended the accommodation to 13 flats. This extra land has since been replaced with 3 large houses alongside the main building.

Absolutely loved this place. I have never had such a good host as Bob. He was very warm and welcoming. The flat is in such scenic location that even if you don’t go anywhere, you can easily spend entire day in the garden. Location wise it’s very central so didn’t take us long to reach Lands End or Penzance or Minack Theatre etc. Also you can reach to beach via coastal walk in 20min walk. Very highly recommended

The Links is a beautiful place to stay with wonderful views. The apartment that we stay in sleeps 4. It is clean and welcoming. The facilities are all in good working order. It is pet friendly and great for local walks on the beach or on the costal walk into St Ives. The owners are on site and nothing is too much trouble. This is our 4th return visit to The Links and I can thourghly reccomend it. A truely lovely place to stay.

Sehr sehr nette und zuvorkommende Wirte. Zimmer und Wohnraum sehr nett, kuschelig und ordentlich eingerichtet. Küche gut eingerichtet und voll nutzbar. Wundervoller Meerblick und grosse Wiese vorm Haus zum Auslauf von Hunden.. Geschäfte und Pubs innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Sehr gerne wieder!!
